VCW VicMan's Photo Editor lets you create and open images in a variety of ways.

Creating a new image

As you run VCW VicMan's Photo Editor , it creates a new empty image. You can work with it or create a new one by choosing the New item in the File tab (hotkey: Ctrl+N) in the main menu. Alternatively, you can use the New button in the main toolbar.

As you push the button or choose a menu item, a dialog window requiring you to enter image size pops up:

Scanning images

You can scan images from any TWAIN source directly in VCW VicMan's Photo Editor .

Once you have selected scanning source and confirmed your selection, you can proceed to scanning an image by choosing Scan image from the File tab or Scan button on the main toolbar.

The scanned image will then appear in the editor and you will be able to edit and retouch it.
